Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Promptur mobile app, website, and related services (the “Service”), operated by 1001443613 Ontario Inc. (“Promptur”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptur. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Promptur is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Premium prompt packs are one-time, non-consumable purchases. Access to premium packs may require an active subscription.
  • All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.
  • Offer codes and free trials are subject to the terms shown at redemption.

Company and Enterprise Access

If you access Promptur through a company invite code, your employer’s agreement with us may also apply. Your company may end your access to company prompt packs at any time.

Your Content

  • You own the videos you record with Promptur.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you record, save, and share, including content you post to third-party platforms.
  • You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
  • Content you share to third-party platforms is subject to those platforms’ terms.

Our Content

The Promptur app, prompts, prompt packs, design, and brand are owned by Promptur and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our prompts or prompt packs.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not use automated tools to access or extract content from the Service.
  • Do not use the Service in violation of any law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Promptur, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will achieve a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
