- Social media handles if you choose to add them
- Company invite codes you enter
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: prompts viewed, selected, skipped, and recorded
- Device type and iOS version
- App session data and recording activity
- Purchase history for premium packs
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the app experience
- To serve relevant prompts based on your activity
- To process in-app purchases
- To improve our content and features
- To communicate with you about your account
Third-Party Services
Promptur uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and storage
- Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases
- Mixpanel or Amplitude — usage analytics
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Prompt history is retained for up to 30 days to personalize your experience.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the services listed above or as required by law.
Corporate/Enterprise Users
If you access Promptur through a company invite code, your employer may be able to see aggregate usage data (how many employees are using the app). Individual recordings are private and never shared with your employer.
Your Rights
You may:
- Request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@promptur.com
- Update your social handles and preferences in the app Settings
- Opt out of analytics by contacting us
Children
Promptur is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
